1 week block course (lecture + exercise)

This is a one week whole day workshop on Genomic Data Analysis offered for students in the Molecular Medicine master program and for students of the RIGeL graduate school. In lectures and practical computational labs using R, we discuss principles of molecular data analysis including documentation of analysis, data visualization, data exploration, data normalization, screening, clustering and classification.
