Online lecture series: Meet the Entrepreneur - Es ist nicht alles Gold, was glänzt!

In the next talk of the online lecture series Meet the Entrepreneur of FUTURstart-up on the 24th of January 2022 at 17.00 Dr. Jonas Mark will talk about his way of founding with the title "Es ist nicht alles Gold, was glänzt!".
Dr. Jonas Mark studied chemistry at the Universities of Regensburg, Malaga and the University of Kansas and graduated with a dual Bachelor degree from the University of Regensburg and the University of Kansas. Right after his Bachelor studies he started his PhD at the University of Regensburg and did his doctorate in instrumental analysis / analytical device development with Prof. Dr. Frank Michael Matysik in July 2014.
Already in 2012 he founded together with two fellow students two "civil law associations". These were transfered into MARAWE GmbH & Co KG in 2015. In his report, Jonas Mark explains how his way of founding was and which aspects of his everyday work he particularly appreciates.
The company now has a broad portfolio of products from the areas of surface finishing (Tifoo and partly also Walhalla Chemie), construction chemicals (Tobolin) and precious metal testing devices (Goldanalytix). Currently, the main focus is on the Goldanalytix brand, which develops and manufactures analytical measuring devices for checking the authenticity of precious metals.
