Bioinformatics Interest Group (BIG): Seminar with Dr. Nikolaos Karaiskos - CANCELLED!

The next seminar of the Bioinformatics Interest Group (BIG) is this Thursday, 25.2.2021, at 12:00 (note the time change!). Dr. Nikolaos Karaiskos will present his recent work on developing an algorithm to resolve spatial information on RNA expression from scRNA-seq data. Her will present bioinformatics challenges and solutions associated with analysing spatial transcriptomic data.
