RIGeL Excursion - Schmack Biogas GmbH, Schwandorf

The Excursions & Trips organizing team invites you to join the short trip to Schmack Biogas GmbH in Schwandorf (http://schmack-biogas.viessmann.com/) on the 27^th of September.

The company is part of the Viessmann Group and one of the leading German supplier of biogas plants. The company today provides its services in the areas of project development and plant construction as well as service and operational oversight. As well as providing technical support, the main focus is on delivering comprehensive service in the field of microbiology.

Program:

 9.00 am Departure Regensburg Sportparkplatz

10.00 am Presentation Schmack Biogas Company

10.30 am Inspection of the 10MW power plant

11.00 am Visitation of the Technikum

 1:00 pm Return to Regensburg

The trip is adressed to PhD students who are interested in fuel bioconversion, plants and microbiology. The number of participants is limited to 20 persons. Please note that the presentation and also the guided tours will be held in german language.
